Side effects can also be reported directly to the South African Health Products Regulatory Authority (SAHPRA) through their pharmacovigilance reporting system.

Personal information collected in relation to medical enquiries, product quality complaints, or adverse event reports will be processed for pharmacovigilance, product safety monitoring, and regulatory compliance purposes.
Information may be shared with regulatory authorities, including the South African Health Products Regulatory Authority, where required by law.
All personal information will be processed in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
